@Shikshya, the CSP Online Education initiative sustains children’s education and aims to break the cycle of inherited poverty. Peer teaching is unique to this program.

The Tutors are between 18 to 25 and have grown up under CSP, ‘s umbrella of services. Thereby fostering familiarity and empathy. During the pandemic, CSP ensured continued education for beneficiaries, providing support for smartphones, data charges, and engaging relatable tutors.

Three years on, the program has evolved to offer qualitative, age-appropriate, application-based peer teaching, addressing the learning gap post-school reopening. Its methodology focuses on bridging the digital divide, closing the post-COVID/substandard education-generated learning gap by teaching online platform usage, age-appropriate learning, bridge course education, and regular teacher training.
